Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collections, select your desired items, choose the size and quantity, and click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, use Express Checkout, alternatively proceed to Checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
Q: Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

A: We offer a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping within Australia, and free delivery for orders over $100, Express Shipping - a flat rate of $15 within Australia, and orders over $200 free Express Shipping. We charge a flat rate of $20 for New Zealand orders.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders within Australia typically take 2-8 business days via Standard shipping, while express shipping takes 1-4 days. New Zealand orders typically arrive in 5-10 business days.

Q: Do you offer Same-day Delivery?
